EVENT CHARTERS


EVENT CHARTER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Upon completion of your charter, the interior of the boat must be left in the same condition as when you boarded, if not, we may charge you for cleaning the boat.

  2. Half of the charter fee is due when you make the reservation and the remainder is due 30 days before the start of the charter.

  3. If you cancel 30 days in advance we will refund your deposit and any other payments made. In the event you cancel less than 30 days before the charter, we will apply the deposit towards a future charter or, at your request, we will refund the rest of your payments less a $200 cancellation fee. Weather related cancellations do not incur a fee.

  4. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of refund request.

  5. You must return the signed charter agreement one week before the start of the charter or we may cancel your charter at our discretion and return any payments you have made.

  6. In addition to the charter fee we may require a refundable security deposit of $300, the deposit is due before the charter starts and is refunded to you, less any damages, within 10 days of the end of the charter.

  7. In addition to the charter fee we may require a refundable cleaning deposit of $100, the deposit is due before the charter starts and is refunded to you, less any cleaning fees, within 10 days of the end of the charter.

  8. Reduced rates do not apply during the Annapolis Boat Show, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th and weekend, Labor Day and weekend, and Naval Academy Commissioning week.

  9. Only one discount can be applied per charter.
