2021 CHARTER RATES

EVENT CHARTER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Upon completion of your charter, the interior of the boat must be left in the same condition as when you boarded, if not, we may charge you for cleaning the boat.

  2. Half of the charter fee is due when you make the reservation and the remainder is due 30 days before the start of the charter.

  3. If you cancel 30 days in advance we will refund your deposit and any other payments made. In the event you cancel less than 30 days before the charter, we will apply the deposit towards a future charter or, at your request, we will refund the rest of your payments less a $200 cancellation fee. Weather related cancellations do not incur a fee.

  4. You must return the signed charter agreement one week before the start of the charter or we may cancel your charter at our discretion and return any payments you have made.

  5. In addition to the charter fee we may require a refundable security deposit of $300, the deposit is due before the charter starts and is refunded to you, less any damages, within 10 days of the end of the charter.

  6. Reduced rates do not apply during the Annapolis Boat Show, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th and weekend, Labor Day and weekend, and Naval Academy Commissioning week.

  7. Only one discount can be applied per charter.

BAREBOAT GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your charter includes the vessel with the equipment listed on the Specifications page, full water tanks and plenty of fuel.

Money Matters, Charter Agreement and Cancellation:

  1. For bareboat and other multi-day charters: You replenish fuel used, have a pump-out done and clean the inside of the boat. See above for options on fuel, pump-out and cleaning charges if you opt to have us do these jobs.

  2. Half of the charter fee is due when you make the reservation and the remainder is due 30 days before the start of the charter.

In addition to the charter fee we require a refundable security deposit of $2,500 for bareboat charters or $300 for event charters, the deposit is due before the charter starts and is refunded to you, less any damages, within 10 days of the end of the charter. We need the time to check the boat for damages, including the propellers and rudders.

  6. Reduced rates do not apply during the Annapolis Boat Show, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th and weekend, Labor Day and weekend, and Naval Academy Commissioning week.

  7. Only one discount can be applied per charter.
